How are Knack coaches selected?

We source and vet top quality coaches from the MENA region that meet all of the following criteria:
- Certified by the ICF, ORSC and/ or Marshall Goldsmith
- Have conducted at least 400 hours of coaching
- Have worked in industry for at least 10 years
- Have coached in the region for at least 5 years

Does Knack offer 360 assessment capability?

Yes! Individuals can nominate up-to 10 peers, colleagues and line managers to provide 360 feedback. This allows the individual and their coach to know of their hidden strengths and blind spots as well.

What is the Knack Future Skills Assessment based on?

We have created an assessment framework that is contextualized to the skills, behaviors and mindsets today’s talent requires in the MENA workplace. Hence, we have taken inspiration from research conducted by top Universities in the UAE and worked extensively with Organizational Psychologists from the region to effectively assess your talent development needs.

Does Knack assess the Return on Coaching?

Definitely! We follow the Kirk-Patrick model approach to evaluating the Return on Coaching. Every 3 months, the enrolled cohort will conduct a program satisfaction survey as well as re-assessment of the Future Skills framework to identify behavioral change.
These reports will be accessible to the HR team on their Knack dashboard.

I don’t have budget for coaching but want to instill a coaching culture. Can I use Knack?

Although we aim to reduce the cost of coaching significantly, we understand that not every organization is able to invest in external coaching for their workforce. With this in mind, we can license the platform to be used for peer coaching and internal mentoring initiatives where you can connect your internal mentors and coaches to individuals within the organization to adopt a coaching culture.

How do I know my employees will engage with the platform?

Coaching is the most effective form of talent development that is catered to an individuals' goals and development needs hence, we have seen 100% adoption of our platform. Nonetheless, Knack has dedicated accountability managers who provide daily learning snippets and on-demand support to anyone in the organization.

Do you integrate with our HRIS?

Not yet, but we are definitely working on it.
